from April 5 to April 17,2010

Thus far this month I have ridden 99.8 miles and have ran 30 miles along with 9600 yd in the pool. I started this month feeling tired and out of sorts. My bike was good, the swim had come to a peak that I could not break, and my run is still my run.
I sign up to do a compu-trainer session on Thursday to see how my bike really was, man was that a eye opener. I found muscles that I knew I had and I thought I was using them....Not after 1 1/2 hours my muscles were talking to me. I would suggest that every one takes this session. I did that on Thursday morning and on Friday I could still feel the burn, but by Saturday my legs felt good and I had so much power in them. I will be doing this session again...

note to self: Burning muscles is a good thing? Right
